I love this mask, especially as it’s cooling and luxurious. This is perfect for blemished skin, as yoghurt has anti bacterial and anti microbial properties that help combat spots. I’ve been looking up many different recipes with natural yoghurt in and this was my top choice, as it’s simple and contains many of my favourite ingredients. So, here are the deetz…
1 tbsp. natural yoghurt (unsweetened)
1 tsp. honey
2 tsp. oats
Simply mix them all together in a bowl and apply the creamy mixture to a clean face for a good 15 minutes. This mask really leaves my face super smooth and glowy, how did it work for you?
Why it works?
The natural yoghurt contains many minerals that help revitalise the skin. The lactic acid in the yoghurt hydrates and nourishes, keeping skin supple and youthful.
Honey softens, as well as having further anti bacterial properties.
Oats are a good exfoliant and help soak up excess oils.
